Invest in 4th Street

A town's art, music, newspapers, galleries, and events are the lifeblood of its community, but they hinge on a powerful alliance with its talented art community. When this partnership thrives, small art communities exponentially grow into Music Halls, Opera Houses, Performing Arts Centers, Live Theaters, Galleries, and community-wide festivals—providing our community with endless benefits. The success of these expansions isn't a matter of luck; it's the result of experienced, reputable, and ambitious leaders in the arts, ready to carve out and nurture growth. Every cultural powerhouse started with one brave artist stepping forward. If only Anna could find an artist willing to go the mile for Anna, whose art advocacy is inspiring and strategic. If all this person would need is a little funding—consider your community blessed beyond your knowing. Grab them up, hoist them over your shoulders, for they just might transform your little town into a cultural icon of art, prestige, and wealth.

For the past three years, not one but TWO local artists, Aubre’ Murphy and Joseph Marlette, a powerhouse art couple nationally recognized and locally revered, have meticulously built Anna’s Art Council. They've rallied over 40 local artists and a dozen instructors, liaised with local officials, and tirelessly sought funding from federal, state, county, and city leaders. They are the heart and soul behind the only 501(c)(3) nonprofit in the arts that supports the cancer community with over 400 donated paintings in under five years. Their dedication was acknowledged when Mayor Pete Cain declared November 12th as “Aubre’ Murphy Day,” celebrating her invaluable contributions to Anna's arts. Never has Anna had such a clear choice for arts advocacy. Towns dreaming of an art district need their own Aubre’ and Joe to become the next cultural sensation. It is unfortunate our City Officials turned them away until Anna has the budget for it. Anna, you cannot afford to turn this opportunity away—we won’t let you.

Fortunately for Anna, Aubre’ and Joe are tenacious. Instead of languishing while waiting for grants and federal funding—especially post-DOGE findings—they've pioneered a for-profit model. They offer art enthusiasts, collectors, and Anna residents the chance to support the arts, local artists, future tourism, and a community that knows the prestigious value of an art-supportive society. They have belonged to New York art festivals, are Dean's list college students, triple business owners, community influencers, and the only artists who seek a better life for area artists, with the only arts organizations, arts advocacy, arts magazine, and ideas for the next five years of art district designation. They are experts in project management, arts profitability, and are passionate about art therapy.

Consider if instead of nonprofit endeavors, area investors could benefit from their initial investments like how Denton’s Art District makes up 38% of the entire local economy. Or, how 2024, Frisco’s art district generated a staggering $38M. How McKinney's Art District invested $2.6M and saw a return of $13.9M and are using it to build a new music hall. The economic benefits are irrefutable—higher returns on investment, job creation, business development, and booming tourism. Ask any benefactor of these cultural hotspots about their returns, and they'll likely wish they'd built them originally for profit. 4th Street Art is excited to offer the future of Anna’s Art scene as an investment to area legacy families, business owners, community members, and commercial property owners, who know the high impact of arts communities and want to ensure the Arts of Anna moves forward while enjoying their leap of faith.

To meet the highest impact while creating the greatest initial impact, 4th Street Art is prepared to offer three initial ways you can invest in their initiaves.
